Welcome
If the thought of being photographed for 8 hours sounds a little terrifying. That's completely normal. Most couples feel that way. But you're not going to be posing in front of a camera all day. That's not how this works.
My job is to show up, blend in, and move quietly through your day while catching everything worth catching. I'll give you direction when you need it: where to walk, how to stand, what to do with your hands. Then I get out of the way so the day can actually happen around you.
This guide covers everything: packages, add-ons, albums, and every question I get asked. If something's not in here, just ask.
The Collective
I keep my personal calendar small so I can actually be present for the couples I work with. To make sure more people can still have the same experience, I've built a small team of associate photographers who I've carefully chosen and trained.
Every associate understands the pacing, the feeling, and the care that goes into photographing a wedding the way I do. They're not just talented. They care about your experience as much as the final images.
Whether I'm the one shooting your day or one of my associates is, you'll get the same communication, the same editing, and the same attention. Every gallery, regardless of who shot it, comes back to me and gets edited before it goes to you.
You're taken care of, start to finish.

Associate Photography
I personally match each couple with the right associate based on their vibe, venue, and vision. I stay your main point of contact from the first conversation through delivery, building your timeline with your coordinator, making sure everything is in order, and editing every image in the gallery myself.
My team brings the same relaxed, easygoing energy to your day. We handle everything quietly in the background, from the largest bridal parties to the smallest, most intimate moments, so you can actually enjoy what's happening around you.
Consider us an extension of your bridal party from the moment you book through the end of the night. Need a second opinion on shoes or décor? We're here for that too.
Need a dress bustled? Got it. Lashes need a fix? We've got glue. Grandma's lipstick needs a touch-up? We've got her too.
"From our initial conversation to receiving the photos, Miranda heard and executed on our vision perfectly. She over-delivered on both the engagement shoot and wedding day, and could not have made us feel more comfortable."
Taylor
"She is extremely patient, thoughtful, and kind. Tyler Chase Collective is your team. Her work stood out to me from the beginning. I'm so happy I got to work with her and hope to again."

FAQs
For any wedding that requires a flight within the US, I just ask for a hotel room for 2 nights (3 nights if I'm covering the rehearsal dinner). For weddings over 100 miles away but drivable within 2 hours, I ask for a hotel the night before and the night of, mostly so you know I'm already in town and not racing against traffic on your wedding morning. For international weddings, an additional room may be needed depending on the situation. All travel (flights, hotel, rental car) is reimbursed after the wedding. I'll find good deals and invoice you after. Reach out for custom quotes on anything international.
One month for weddings. Two weeks for engagement sessions.
Through an online gallery that's easy to use. Everything is high resolution and fully edited. You can download straight to your phone or computer, make favorites lists, share with family and friends, and place print orders right from the gallery.
Around 100 per hour for weddings. 150+ for engagement sessions.
Yes, every one is fully color corrected. I also remove anything distracting: blemishes, trash on the ground, random people in the background who don't belong there.
I stick to my one style, and it's intentional. I want your photos to have continuity across the whole day. Not a mix of different looks depending on the light or the moment. My style is also timeless. Dark and moody has a shelf life. Yours won't.
Technically forever. But I always recommend downloading everything immediately when you get it and backing it up to a hard drive. Don't leave it solely in the cloud.
Nope. You'd need professional software just to open them, and a huge part of my style comes from the editing. The finished images are what you're hiring me for.
Yes! I love a good B&W. Any photo I convert, you'll also get in color. I tend to make ones B&W that feel sentimental, romantic, or that I just love the composition of.
That's literally my whole thing. I don't expect you to know what to do. It's awkward, I completely get it. I use prompts and movement to get you out of your head and into the moment. Natural reactions. Not stiff, prom-style poses.
A lot of things: save the dates, a guest book for the wedding, framed prints at the reception, thank you cards. I have discount codes for Minted and Basic Invite, both offer free address labeling, just ask. And please don't print at Snapfish or CVS. The colors never come out right.
Of course. Engagement sessions are a great practice run and a good way to get comfortable together before the wedding, but if you've already done one, I'll take $500 off your package. I'd still love to grab drinks or brunch beforehand so we can actually meet before your day.
1 to 2.5 hours before you need to be anywhere, depending on whether you're doing a first look. More buffer is always better. You don't want to feel rushed right before your ceremony.
I use an on-camera flash only, so you don't have to worry about extra equipment being set up in the room or killing the vibe.
String lights, always. If you want more of a party feel, ask your DJ to use white lights only. Colored lights, especially red or green, can look really strange in photos. Trust me on this one.
Honestly, I'm bummed when I can't be there, so I discount the package as a kind of wedding gift from me to you. I also just want great photography to be available to more people.
Yes. I've trained my associates to shoot the way I do. But the biggest factor is editing. Every gallery comes back to me and gets edited in my style before it goes to you. So yes, they'll look like mine.
