Hi, I'm Tyler.

LA born and raised (a rarity, I know). Wife to my best friend, mama to Parker and Camden, and dog mom to Dunken, the world's smushiest French Bulldog. I love donuts and pineapples, the beach, baking, and being completely goofy. My friends would describe me as warm, laid-back, and fiercely loyal. That's exactly how I show up for my couples.

I started Tyler Chase Collective because I was tired of wedding photos that looked like everyone else's: stiff, predictable, posed. I wanted to make images that felt like the day actually felt. So I show up like a close friend who happens to have a camera. I blend in, I watch, and then I hand you a gallery that makes you say "I didn't even notice you capturing that."

I respond fast, usually within the hour, unless I'm asleep. If something goes sideways on your day, I'll handle it. I take on fewer clients so I can actually show up for each one.

How I Work

You don't need to know
what to do.

Here's something most photographers won't tell you: the photos that look the most candid are almost always directed. I give every couple clear, gentle prompts throughout the day: where to walk, how to hold each other, what to do with their hands, so you're never just standing there wondering what to do.

They turn out natural because I worked to get you there. You stay relaxed, you stay in the moment, and the photos show it.

Moments over poses

The best photos are never the ones where everyone looks at the camera. They're the ones where you forgot I was there: the laugh between vows, the glance across the room, your grandmother pulling you in for a hug.

You shouldn't have to guess what you're getting, how much it costs, or when you'll receive it. Straight answers, honest pricing, 4-week turnaround.

Your whole weekend

Most couples book me for the whole weekend: rehearsal dinner, getting ready, ceremony, reception. It's a two or three day run, and I want to be there for all of it.

On select dates, I work with a small team of associate photographers who I've personally trained in my editing style and approach. Every gallery, mine or my team's, gets reviewed and hand-edited by me before it reaches you.
